Workshop Registration Form

The SV SBDC makes every effort to adhere to our published schedules, but if it is necessary to alter classes for weather or other concerns, you will be notified by phone and/or email. Please contact us if you have any questions about a class.

Registrations are not complete until payment is received at the SBDC office. Some classes have limited seating.
Payments may be made by check (payable to SV SBDC and mailed to MSC 5502, Harrisonburg VA 22807. Please include full name of registrant, a contact phone number, and the specific event name and date on your check)
or by Credit Card (call the SBDC office at 540-568-3227 to pay by Master Card or VISA.)

SV SBDC Refund Policy: If you choose to cancel your registration, credit will be given toward a future class, good for up to 3 months, provided you notify the SBDC office 2 days in advance of the class start date.
If no notice is given, no refunds or credits can be made. If the SBDC cancels a class, registrants may choose to apply their payment to a future class or request a refund.
