This report includes statistics for the most recent three-year period concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by James Madison University, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also contains information regarding the law enforcement authority of the university police; policies concerning campus security, such as crime prevention, alcohol and drug use, sexual assault and the reporting of any crimes which may occur on the campus.
