What to Do if Suspicious Object Found

The Investigating officer in charge of the Search Team will have the following action taken:

1. Immediately evacuate all searchers or others from the building.
   
   
2. Have all entrances to the immediate area block to traffic and pedestrians.
   
   
3. Under no circumstances will anyone other than the appropriate Bomb Squad Unit attempt to move or disarm the suspected bomb.
   
   
4. The military contact unit for the University will be notified.
