4. Ensure all guards on power equipment are in place and adjusted properly.
   
   
5. Store flammables in proper containers.
   
   
6. Keep work area clean and debris free.
   
   
7. Allow no person to operate power equipment unless they are properly instructed.
   
   
8. Keep equipment clean and in good working order.
   
   
9. Ensure exits are clearly marked and kept clear.
   
   
10. Inspect all equipment for safety hazards before using.
    
    
11. Ensure power is off before making adjustments to any power equipment.
    
    
12. Report ALL accidents to your supervisor.
