Electrical

1. Keep all work stations clean and free of debris.
   
   
2. Keep all equipment clean and in good working condition.
   
   
3. Label all switches and circuit breakers.
   
   
4. Close and fasten all electrical boxes.
   
   
5. Use the proper Lockout/Tagout procedures. See pages 14 and 15 of this Manual.
   
   
6. Always read and follow the manual as to the correct operation and use of equipment. Only use equipment for the purpose it is intended.
   
   
7. Report all accidents to your supervisor immediately.
