During the summer between a contracted cadet's junior and senior year, he or she must attend the Leadership Development and Assessment Course (LDAC) in Ft. Lewis Washington. This camp evaluates the potential of a cadet to respond to high stress situations that often face the active duty Army officer. History indicates that JMU cadets come to camp exceptionally prepare to excel.
