Cadences
Cadences are often the trickiest things a cadet has to learn. Most cadets have never had any prior experience with them, and even if they can find a written source of cadences, such as a book or webpage, they often have a difficult time picking up the beat and necessary inflections.
To assist in overcoming these problems, we have begun to post popular cadences, both running and marching, in MP3 format. Simply right click on any of these files, then choose "Save Target As." Once you have saved it to your hard drive, listen to these cadences and soon enough you'll be humming them as you make your way around.
