Lindsay is excited to be the Graduate Assistant in the Office of Research and Scholarship. She graduated from Randolph-Macon College in May of 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology. Prior to moving to Harrisonburg, she worked at United Methodist Family Services as an intern in Treatment Foster Care and was a journalist and editor for WEW, a non-profit organization in Richmond, Virginia. Lindsay is now at JMU pursuing a master’s degree in school counseling. James Madison’s school counseling program prepares students for a career in elementary, middle, and high school settings. She is leaning towards elementary school but thankful to have two years to decide! In her free time, Lindsay can be found traveling, reading, writing or practicing photography.
