Memorial Day, Observed.
No classes - JMU closed.
June 4, 2012
Last day to change the grading option or withdraw from a G61 class.
June 8, 2012
4W1 session ends.
June 11, 2012
Last day to change the grading option or withdraw from a U8W class.
The following sessions begin: UG: 4W2 and U6W
GR/DR: 4W2 and G8W.
June 13, 2012
Last day to add/drop a 4W2 class. Dropping a class after the drop deadline will result in a 'W' on the transcript and applicable tuition charges.
June 14, 2012
Last day to add/drop a U6W class. Dropping a class after the drop deadline will result in a 'W' on the transcript and applicable tuition charges.June 15, 2012
Last day to add/drop a G8W class. Dropping a class after the drop deadline will result in a 'W' on the transcript and applicable tuition charges.June 18, 2012
Last day to change the grading option or withdraw from a U10 class.
December Applicants
As of 5/23/12, graduation applications for December 2012 have been received in the Office of the Registrar for these undergraduate students. (PDF)
Receipt of the graduation application does not indicate undergraduate seniors are cleared for graduation. Seniors who have applied to graduate will receive a Senior Evaluation from the Office of the Registrar indicating the status of their application. Students who have not received a Senior Evaluation should contact the Office of the Registrar.
