Enrollment Verifications
Enrollment verifications can be requested for military ID, scholarship, health insurance, car insurance, degree verification, etc.
If you need a letter sent for verification, please fill out the Letter of Student Status form and fax (540-568-7954), mail (Office of the Registrar; 170 Bluestone Drive, MSC 3528; Warren 300; Harrisonburg, VA 22807), or deliver the form to Warren 300.
If you have a form that needs to be completed by a school official, please fill out
as much on the form as possible and either fax (540-568-7954) or bring it to Warren 300. We will complete the remaining portion and send it to the requesting agency.
Enrollment verifications are completed in the Registrar's Office, by the Client Services Team

Note: ENROLLMENT CERTIFICATIONS are done by Trudy. If you need a certification done for any of the benefits listed to the left, then please contact Trudy (540-568-6569 or hamth@jmu.edu). Certifications are different than verifications and you do not need to do the "Letter of Student Status" form.
