Connecting Local Veterans

VetLink is designed to meet the needs of veterans by providing a relaxed environment to share military, post military, and transitiaonal experiences with other vets. VetLink also facilitates job placemnet assistance, peer support, fun activities, and lcoation of available veteran resources

YOGA for Veterans

FREE YOGA classes to support our service members.

Veterans, reservists, active duty personnel, and family members are invited to explore the beneficial effects of yoga practice on body, breath, and mind.  No prior experience is necessary.

VetLink is a networking group formed by the Virginia Wounded Warrior Program.  It's designed to meet the needs of veterans by providing a relaxing environment to share military, post-military, and transitional experience with other vets.  VetLink also facilitates job placement assistance, peer support, fun activities, and location of available veteran resources.

A Resource Specialist will be available to provide you with information and assistance as it relates to benefits, housing, jobs, education, and more.  Special emphasis is given to those affected by stress related and traumatic brain injuries resulting from service in combat areas.
