Request Your Military Transcript

Air Force

Access the Community College of the Air Force website

On the right, click on "CCAF Transcripts"

Click on "Order Transcripts Online" and then "Online Transcript System"

Enter the required information

Army

 Access the AARTS website

On the left, click on "Get an AARTS Web Transcript"

Select "Personal Transcript" or "Official Transcript"

Enter the required information

Coast Guard

Complete and submit the Official USCG Transcript Request form.  Submit the form to your ESO or mail, fax, or mail it to the USCG Institute.  The transcripts will be mailed.

Navy and Marine Corps

To view and/or print your personal/unofficial transcript, access the SMART website

NOTE: If you have a CAC reader, you DO NOT need to make a SMART account.
If you DO NOT have a CAC reader, register for a SMART account and you will be issued a user name and password.

To request your official transcript, complete the SMART Request Form and either mail or fax it to the Center for Personal and Professional Development .  The transcript will be mailed.
