JMU Request for Veterans Educational Benefits ***

***This version of the "JMU Request for Veterans Educational Benefits" form is for new JMU students ONLY, such as 1st semester freshmen or 1st semester transfer students.  (ex- if Fall 2012 is your first semester, it cannot be used for Spring 2013 forward) No advisor signature is required for the first semester. 

After a student's first semester at JMU, he/she must submit the 'JMU Request' Form that will be emailed to them during registration and it requires an advisor signature for all major courses.Red and blue stars
