Last day to withdraw from 4W1 session class.

May 27, 2013
Memorial Day - JMU closed.
Classes do not meet.
UG fall 2013 open enrollment closes at 11:59 p.m.

June 3, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a G61 session class.

June 7, 2013
4W1 session ends.

June 10, 2013
4W2, U6W and G8W sessions begin.
Last day to withdraw from a U8W session class.

June 12, 2013
Last day to add/drop a 4W2 session class.

June 13, 2013
Last day to add/drop a U6W session class.

June 14, 2013
Last day to add/drop a G8W session class.

June 17, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a U10 session class.

Non-Insurance related requests

James Madison University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all non-insurance related verifications of student enrollment. Please visit the Clearinghouse online at www.studentclearinghouse.org or contact them by phone at (703) 742-4200.

Insurance related requests

If you have an insurance form (health, automobile, good-driver discount...) that needs to be completed, please fill out as much of the form as possible and then bring it to the Office of the Registrar in Warren Hall 504 or Warren 3rd Floor. We will complete the remaining portion of the form and send it to the requesting agency. If you just need a letter sent, you can come to Warren Hall 504 or Warren 3rd Floor and complete a "Letter Request Form" form. You will need to list the information to be included in the letter and give the address where the letter is to be sent or a fax number if the letter is to be faxed.

Please include the following in your letter:

  • full name (please include middle name or initial)
  • social security number
  • student i.d. number
  • phone number to reach you at if there is a problem with your request
  • information you need to be included in your letter
  • address or fax number where to send the letter
  • signature (we must have your written signature before we can send the letter)
