No classes - JMU closed.

June 4, 2012
Last day to change the grading option or withdraw from a G61 class.

June 8, 2012
4W1 session ends.

June 11, 2012
Last day to change the grading option or withdraw from a U8W class.

The following sessions begin: UG: 4W2 and U6W
GR/DR: 4W2 and G8W.

June 13, 2012
Last day to add/drop a 4W2 class.  Dropping a class after the drop deadline will result in a 'W' on the transcript and applicable tuition charges.

June 14, 2012

Last day to add/drop a U6W class.  Dropping a class after the drop deadline will result in a 'W' on the transcript and applicable tuition charges.

June 15, 2012

Last day to add/drop a G8W class.  Dropping a class after the drop deadline will result in a 'W' on the transcript and applicable tuition charges.

June 18, 2012
Last day to change the grading option or withdraw from a U10 class.

Last Day to withdraw from University with cancellation of tuition charges and refund:  Jan. 27
(Student must withdraw from ALL classes to be eligible for refund)

Notes:
1: An override saves a seat for a student, but the student must still register for the course on MyMadison by the appropriate deadline.
2: Last day to obtain permission to do a late add.  Student must secure Departmental permission by 5 p.m. today.  Students will not be permitted to add a class after this deadline.
3: Withdrawing from a class after the drop deadline, results in a “W” grade on your transcript and corresponding tuition charges, if applicable.
4: Course withdrawals or credit option changes will not be permitted after the course adjustment deadline; this includes declaring a repeat.
