Registration Procedures

Registration for Spring Semester 2010 will begin on October 26, 2009. Graduate students may register through the deadline anytime after 8:15 a.m. on October 26, 2009. Undergraduate students will be assigned a registration appointment time according to the cumulative hours earned as of the beginning of the 2009 fall semester. A chart giving the appointment start times per range of credit hours is listed. Students will need to check their student center on e-campus to find their appointment start time. Appointments are assigned by credit hours earned in 15 minute increments. Students may register any time after their assigned registration start time, but not before. For example, a student with 107 hours completed at the beginning of the fall 2009 semester will have an appointment start time of 12:45 p.m., Monday, October 26.  The student may use the web to adjust their spring schedule any time they have access to the system until the drop/add and course adjustment deadlines for that session. Non-degree Seeking "Special Students" can register beginning January 4.

Initial Registration Preparation

Work out your schedule. Discuss your schedule with your adviser and clear all debts or other obligations that may hold your registration. Obtain needed permission to enroll before attempting to register.

Course Adjustment (Grading Basis Changes, Drop/Add, Withdrawal)

Registered students may adjust their schedules according to the deadlines stated in Dates and Deadlines. No adjustments will be permitted after the Friday, March 19 course adjustment deadline for semester classes, Tuesday, February 9 for first block classes, or Tuesday, April 13 for second block classes.  At the discretion of the instructor, students who wish to withdraw from a course after the course adjustment deadline may receive a 'WP' or 'WF' grade according to the students' status at the time of withdrawal.

Registration Appointments

Undergraduate students will register according to assigned enrollment appointments during advanced registration in October/November.

Students must check e-campus to see their specific appointment start time, but generally the appointment start times will fall within the following dates:
