Undergraduate:
Undergraduate Students planning to graduate need to complete an "Application for a Bachelor's Degree" and have it signed by the major/minor advisor and department head. Once signed by the department head, the forms need to be delivered to the Office of the Registrar in Warren Hall 504. The deadlines for submitting forms are as follows:
