Enrollment Procedures

If permission is needed to enroll in a class, obtain it from the department before attempting to enroll.

Enrollment for Fall Semester 2013 will begin on April 2, 2013. Graduate and Doctoral students may register beginning at 12:00 a.m. on April 2, 2013, through September 3, 2013.  Undergraduate students will be assigned a enrollment appointment time according to the cumulative hours earned as of the third Friday of the 2013 spring semester.  If you have pending transfer or test credit, it must be posted to your transcript by the third Friday of the current semester to be included in the calculation of hours earned.  Current enrollment does not count toward hours earned as they have not yet been completed.

Appointments are assigned by credit hours earned. Students may enroll any time after their assigned enrollment start time, but not before. For example, a student with 107 hours earned and posted as of the third Friday of the spring 2013 semester, will have an appointment on Tuesday, April 2nd.

Open enrollment for Undergraduate students begins April 13, 2013.  Graduate & Doctoral students enroll beginning April 2, 2013 through September 3, 2013.  Non-degree Seeking "Special Students" may enroll through the deadlines anytime the system is available beginning August 19, 2013.

Enrolled students may adjust their schedules according to the deadlines stated in Dates and Deadlines. No adjustments will be permitted after the Thursday, October 24, course adjustment deadline for semester classes, Tuesday, September 24, for first block classes, or Thursday November 14, for second block classes.
