June 21, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a 4W2 session class.
G61 session ends.

June 24, 2013
Graduate second 6-week (G62) session begins.

June 25, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a G12 session class.

June 27, 2013
Last day to add/drop a G62 session class.

June 28, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a U6W session class.

July 4-5, 2013
Independence Day Holiday, JMU closed.

July 9, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a G8W session class.

July 15, 2013
Last day to withdraw from a G62 session class.

Enrollment/degree Verification

Current Students:

You may obtain your enrollment verification anytime via MyMadison:

(This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will provide current or complete enrollment history verification.)

• Select Enrollment Verification in the Other Academic drop down on the student center.
• You will be directed to the National Student Clearinghouse.
• Select Current or All Enrollment.
• Select Obtain an Enrollment Certificate.

Enrollment verifications obtained from National Student Clearinghouse are considered official.   You may use the enrollment verifications for insurance, scholarships, employment, loan deferment, and many other purposes.

Pre-enrollment verifications for future terms will be available approximately 10 days after grades are posted for the current term.

If you have a form (insurance, scholarship, etc.) to be completed by the Office of the Registrar, we suggest that you obtain the enrollment verification through National Student Clearinghouse as directed above and attach the verification to your form.

Enrollment verifications submitted to our office will be processed within five business days of the day the request is recieved.  If you have any questions, please contact the Office of the Registrar at (540) 568-6166.
