Info: Club Tennis is an organization that utilizes competition, recreation, and service to promote JMU students as excellent citizens and athletes. Club Tennis strives to leave meaningful impressions as a JMU team with sportsmanship as a high priority and goal. There are approximately 60 active members.

We compete in the USTA MidAtlantic Conference. Our season is September through Mid-November for Fall season. End of February through May for Spring season. We participate in 2 or 3 Tournaments and 4 - 6 matches (home and away combined) per semester.

Try-outs are typically within the first few weeks of each Fall and Spring semester. No requirements for participating. However, general skill and knowledge of the game are preferred. Dues are around $40 per semester. Dues cover apparel, tournament fees, transportation (gas), lodging (hotels during tournaments), and equipment (tennis balls and hoppers).

Our practice schedule is Monday -Thursday 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
