UREC's Fitness Center can help you get on track with a personal health program. All fitness levels are welcome to walk-in and workout!
Exercise modifications are provided to meet your personal fitness level. With numerous cardiovascular machines, two complete lines of Cybex equipment, Hammer Strength plate-loaded equipment, dumbbells and free weight equipment, the fitness area offers something for everyone.
UREC offers drop-in Circuit Training. Get a fast, efficient workout in Racquetball Court #8! Each circuit is 15 minutes - complete it once, twice or three times! No registration necessary.
Fall and Spring Semester Circuit Training Hours
M/W/F 11:30am - 1:30pm
M-Th 5-7pm
There will be no Circuit Training during final exam weeks.
