Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join others and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week session will each focus on different aspects of fitness for the well-rounded athlete; from yoga to running, find the group that is right for you!

Total Body Shred:

Body Weight Strength:
Tu/Th 5:30-6:30 pm Tuesdays in UREC Personal Training Room, Thursdays in Multi-Purpose Studio

Indoor Bootcamp:
Tu/Th 6:30-7:30 am UREC Personal Training Room

Glute Gainz
Tu/Th 6:45-7:45 pm UREC Personal Training Room
