Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join others and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week session will each focus on different aspects of fitness for the well-rounded athlete; from yoga to running, find the group that is right for you!

Tu/Th 5:45-6:45pm in the Personal Training Room and Multi Purpose Studio
Tu/Th 6:45-7:45pm in the Personal Training Room and Multi Purpose Studio

Total Body Shred
Mo/We 6:30a-7:30a in the Personal Training Room and Group Exercise Studio 1

Boxing Conditioning
Tu/Th 8:00-9:00p in Group Exercise Studio 1

Bodyweight Strength
Mo/We 6:30p-7:30p in the Personal Training Room and Multi Purpose Studio

Indoor Bootcamp
Tu/Th 6:30-7:30am in the Personal Training Room
