Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join others and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week session will each focus on different aspects of fitness for the well-rounded athlete; from yoga to running, find the group that is right for you!

Small Group Training Courses for January 21 - February 27, 2019 are:

Women on Weights
Mo/We 5:30-6:30p in the PT Room

Total Body Shred
Tu/Th 6:30a-7:30a in the PT Room

Boxing Conditioning
Tu/Th 5:30p-6:30p in GX Studio 1

Body Weight Strength
Mo/We 6:45p-7:45p (Mondays in PT room, Wednesdays in TRX room)
