In addition to training and development opportunities that will take place for student employees within their specific area of UREC, we have a committee dedicated to the overall training and development of our student employees. The mission of the UREC Student Development Committee is to provide programming to develop UREC students at the beginning, during and at the end their time of employment at UREC. To accomplish this mission, we provide training, development sessions (Student Leadership Series) and resources for our student staff.
