» Wilderness First Responder Certification (Adventure)
The Wilderness First Responder (WFR) is the perfect course for anyone working in a position of leadership in an outdoor setting or for individuals who want a high level of wilderness medical training for extended personal backcountry trips or expeditions.

Cost: $200 for UREC employees, $285 for JMU students, $400 for non-JMU students

Circuit Training
Get a fast, efficient workout in Racquetball Court #8! May Session 2010 (May 17 - June 11) Circuit Training Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30am – 1:30pm. Each circuit is 15 minutes - complete it once, twice or three times!
