Wellness Tip

Summer is a time to relax and unwind. Relaxation is beneficial to your health and can help you be more productive when you need to be. Taking time to relax reduces blood pressure, increases concentration, improves sleep, decreases aches and pains, and gives you more energy. You can try different relaxation techniques such as taking deep breaths, taking a bubble bath, listening to relaxing music, and stretching. Have a nice, restful, relaxing Summer!
