The Fundraising Form is due 2 weeks before the vendor date and the form must be completed by the Nuts & Bolts Representative. Depending on the sale, additional signatures may be needed. Organizations acting as their own vendor are permitted to sell items in additional buildings on campus after approval is given by building coordinator. Building Coordinators are listed in the JMU phone book.
Volunteers needed: Contact person for vendor at the beginning and end of the sale. Assisting the vendor during the day is optional and should be discussed before the vendor is booked. If you are acting as your own vendor, you should have representatives to attend the table throughout the day.
