Intramural Sports Educational Programs

Planning my Intramural Calendar

Ever wonder how intramural participants participate and go to school? This session will allow participants to become aware of how to effectively manage your intramural calendar. Participants will be able to break down each sport and determine how much they can participate.

How to Play 4-on-4 Flag Football

Want to learn the proper way to play 4-on-4 Flag Football? During this session, we will review the differences in rules between 7-on-7 Flag Football and 4-on-4 Flag Football, strategies that should be considered before playing, and plays that will help you team win the championship!

Basic Intramurals

This program is designed to inform participants of general information regarding the intramural program. Participants will learn where to locate upcoming sports, how to register for an intramural sport, and how to utilize all components of IM Online. The conclusion to this program will be a question and answer session where participants can receive any desired information about the intramural sports program.

Sportsmanship 101

This program is designed to inform participants about the UREC Sportsmanship Rating System. Participants will become informed of the history of the rating system, why sportsmanship is important, and the criteria for each set of ratings.
