Advanced Group Fitness Classes

UREC offers level 2 and 3 programs for those who are looking to take their practice into a more challenging level.

Master Classes are intended for those who have been practicing for at least a year and want to increase their personal skill level.

Wellness Passport

Outdoor Yoga

Take yoga in the serene setting of the Arboretum.  Connect to yourself and to your surroundings.  In case of inclement weather, class will be cancelled.  Yoga mats are available in the Equipment Center for you to check out prior to class time.
