The UREC Wellness Staff offers the below programs for your club or organization. A workshop program would be more discussion of the topics verses a class, which is more practical with a hands on approach.
| Yoga Workshop Provides background of Yoga, benefits and introduces yoga positions (20 min.) |
| Yoga class lead by an instructor from University Recreation (30-40 min.) |
| Massage Workshop Information about massage, the benefits, and various techniques to use. |
| Massage Session 8-minute massages (length will vary on size of group.) |
| Stress Management Workshop This program will define stress, identify ways to manage stress, and preventive techniques for stress. |
| Stress Management and Yoga/Massage Information about stress and ways to identify and manage stress (20 min.) |

PROMotion
PROMotion, Peers Reaching Others Through Motion, is a peer education group which promotes self-esteem and a healthy lifestyle through both physical and educational activities. PROMotion provides empowering and inspiring programs to those of all ages. Programs include both an educational component and a physical activity such as kickboxing or yoga. Let PROMotion motivate you to a new level of a healthy well-being!
