Class Descriptions

20/20/20 (Level 1-3):  Two different 20-minute cardio segments followed by a strength segment for a fast-paced workout.  You’re guaranteed lots of variety.

African Dance (Level 1-2):  Move your Boombsey in this high energy, fun-filled workout.  Dances are inspired from different parts of Africa. Live African drumming may be included for a unique experience.

Body Sculpt (Level 1-3):  Target your entire body using weights, exercise bands, bars, and Resist-a-Balls for improved tone and strength.

BOSU Strength (Level 1-3):  Strengthen and coordinate the body in new ways using the BOSU, an inflatable dome on top of a solid platform.

Boxing Fitness (Level 2-3):   Master boxing techniques by using punching bags and gloves. 

Cardio BOSU (Level 2-3):  Use the BOSU to get that heart rate going. 

Cardio Craze (Level 1-3):  A fantastic heart pumping workout with the option of high or low impact moves.  Perfect for all fitness levels.

Chakra Meditation (Level 1-3):  This guided meditation class focuses on chakras, 7 energy centers that run along the spinal column.  Each week will focus on a different chakra. 

Level Definitions

Level 1
For those who are new to this type of group fitness class and/or exercise programs.

Level 2
For those who are familiar with this type of group fitness class and have some experience with exercise programs.

Level 3
For those who actively participate in this type of group fitness class and are currently involved in an exercise program.

Core Training (Level 1-3):  Work on strength and stability of the abdominals and back muscles in this 30 minute class.

Cycle Box (Level 2-3):  Get two favorites in one class—cycle and boxing.  You’re guaranteed to get a complete cardiovascular workout while strengthening arms and legs.

Cycle Fit (Level 1-3):  Bring your cycle workout indoors for climbs, sprints, and much more.  No experience needed, class offers a great workout for all participants.   

Cycle Sculpt (Level 2-3):  Combine cycle drills with strength training for a great total body workout that promises to keep you coming back for more.

Energizer Body Sculpt (Level 1-3):  This shortened Body Sculpt class will develop and maintain muscular strength and conditioning.  Each class focuses specifically on the upper or lower body.

First Step (Level 1):  Become an experienced stepper by learning the basic moves in step.  This workout promises to get your heart pumping. 

Happy Hour (Level 1-3):  Each class offers a unique, fun workout.  Hip-hop, aerobics, kickboxing, mind/body theme classes and more!  Instructor’s choice!

Hip Hop (Level 1-3):  A music video in the studio!   Bust a move in this fun, energetic workout.

Kickboxing (Level 1-3):  A high-energy workout based on kickboxing moves and drills.  Learn to punch and kick with the best of them.

Namaste Cycle (Level 1-3):  A blend of cycle and yoga for an invigorating workout.

On the Ball (Level 1-3):  Focus on muscular endurance for the entire body using the stability ball and medicine balls.

Pilates (Level 1-2):  Lengthen and strengthen the entire body while focusing on core.  Exercises are performed on a mat.  Additional equipment may be utilized.

Power Yoga (Level 2-3):  Known as the aerobics of yoga, power yoga involves dynamic flow from one pose to the next.  You’re guaranteed to sweat in this faster-paced style of yoga that will leave you feeling stronger mentally and physically.

Step (Level 2-3):  Take your stepping skills up a notch.  For those with some step experience.

Step & Sculpt (Level 2-3):  Includes step training with segments of muscular strengthening for a total body workout.

Worldbeat Dance (Level 1-3):  Have fun dancing your way to fitness with moves inspired from all over the world:  Belly Dance, Latin, Salsa, African, Irish, Caribbean and more!

Yoga Fitness (Level 1-3):  This class combines traditional yoga postures and modern fitness for an incredible mind/body workout that will increase strength, endurance, and flexibility. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Yogalates (Level 1-3):  Combines Yoga and Pilates to strengthen the core muscles, improve flexibility, posture and balance.
