Level 1
For those who are new to structured exercise programs or who are returning from a prolonged layoff.

Level 2
For those who participate in a basic structured exercise program and are looking to expand or improve their current exercise program.

Level 3
For those who participate in an advanced structured exercise prgram and are looking to challenge themselves.
