NUTRITION ANALYSIS $15

UREC nutrition analysis provides an opportunity to learn more about your current nutritional status.  This package includes a computer analysis of your current diet, two meetings with a nutrition analyst, and helpful information designed to help you meet your individual nutritional needs. 

The program proceeds as follows:

• initial consultation

  A meeting with a Nutrition Analyst takes place. A health history questionnaire and 24-hour recall of dietary intake is conducted. The participant's goals and outcomes are discussed.

• food record

  The participant completes a 3-day food record based on two week days and one weekend day.

• computer analysis

  Computer software will analyze the 24-hour recall and 2-day food record.

• follow-up

  The Nutrition Analyst examines and discusses the results of the computer analysis with the participant. Deficiencies and excesses in the diet are noted as well as food sources to obtain the necessary nutrients. Helpful handouts are given to the individual and questions are addressed.
