Aquatics & Safety

The Aquatics and Safety Program offers opportunities for people of all skill levels. There are clinics for beginning swimmers through advanced swimmers. We also offer children's swim lessons; ages 6 months through twelve years. For those in need of certifications, we offer courses instructed by American Red Cross instructors.

These courses include: Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Training.

Pool Hours

Please note: throughout the fall and spring semesters the UREC pool has times where there is more activity and the pool may appear congested. There will always be lanes available for open participation, but the following lanes will be occupied by Sport Club teams.
