CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

This course provides training for people who are expected to respond to emergencies as part of their job duties. As a professional rescuer, you will learn to recognize and provide care for respiratory and cardiac emergiences. You will learn how to perform two-person CPR, along with techniques for minimizing the risk of disease transmission during emergencies.

 This course provides training in recognizing an emergency situation and how to activate the EMS system. The participant will be able to: control severe bleeding, care for shock, care for soft tissue and musculouskeltal injuries, care for sudden illness, and care for heat or cold related emergencies.

Level Definitions
Level 1
For those new to swimming or swim instruction programs.
Level 2
For those familiar to swimming and have some instruction in swimming skills.
Level 3
For those who are active in swimming and have had extensive instruction in swimming skills.
