Find Your Adventure
|
The Adventure program at UREC includes activities and instruction within the UREC walls and outside in the surrounding forests and rivers. The climbing wall is a place to learn the basics of rock climbing or to get tips on advanced techniques. We host frequent kayak sessions in the pool where paddle strokes, wet exits, and Eskimo rolls can be practiced. The adventure trip program reaches far beyond the wall of UREC to give students an opportunity to participate on a variety of student led outdoor trips. Some examples of trips include caving, rock climbing, canoeing, and backpacking. UREC also houses an adventure equipment inventory available for students to rent at a very low cost. Questions?
