Facility Rental Policies At-a-Glance

• Contact the operations office personally at UREC 105 or phone 540-568-8716 to inquire about rentals.
• A completed reservation form must be completed and returned to the Operations office. Verbal requests will not be honored.
• Any JMU department or Student Organization may utilize UREC facility rental space.
• Non-University groups may use UREC space pending space availability.
• Signed waivers are required for each participant of a birthday party.
