Out-of-House Sports Equipment is anything that will leave UREC. This includes items that will be used on the turf and the sand volleyball court.
Out-of-House Equipment Check-out Procedures
- You must present your JAC to check out any equipment.
- Any equipment that leaves UREC requires a deposit on FLEX which will be refunded within a week if the equipment is returned on time and in good condition. Out-of-House Sports Equipment has a $15.00 deposit fee.
- We reserve the right to limit equipment checked out.
- Advanced reservations for equipment are prohibited. All equipment is checked out on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Regardless of when out of house equipment is rented it is due back the following day by 1 hour before closing of due date.
- Only JAC and URAC cardholders may rent out-of-house equipment (equipment leaving the facility).
- Late fees: $10 a day per contract.
