Possible Threat to the Community
"Your Right to Know"

In compliance with the "Timely Notice" provisions of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 the University Police are giving notice of an act of perversion occurring on campus.
The University Police are actively investigating the reported incident of Indecent Exposure at the “C-10” lot on Carrier Drive that serves the east campus ISAT, Track and Festival complexes. The alleged incident was reported to have occurred Monday, July 16, 2007 at approximately 9:15a.m. Incident was not reported to Campus Police until approximately 37 minutes after complainant had left the area.
SUSPECT: White male, age 30 to 40, having short brown hair with partial balding, wearing black pants and a black “T” shirt.
VEHICLE: None observed. Subject was reported to be on foot.
The female complainant stated that as she was walking to her vehicle in the C-10 lot when she noticed the above described individual on foot. She stated that the subject was walking with his genitals exposed from his pant’s zipper opening. Responding officers went to the area immediately upon being dispatched but were unable to locate the suspect before returning to interview the complainant for the report.
Until this investigation has been concluded it can be assumed that conditions continue to exist that may pose a threat to members and guests of the community. It is the duty of the institution to warn of possible "dangerous conditions" on its property; a "affirmative duty" exists to warn of possible peril at the hands of some third party.
