r.a.d.KIDS

Instructors

Presented by the JMU Police Department

The rad KIDS objective is "To provide education opportunities for children and parents concerning awareness and self defense strategies, instilling confidence and reducing the possibility of adverse physical control and/or harm."

Children will learn about school, home, out-and-about and vehicle safety; good, bad and uncomfortable touch; verbal and physical resistance.

Programs will be for girls and boys in two age groups; 5 years old to 7 years old and 8 years old to 12 years old.

Parents are encouraged and welcomed to stay for each class.

The maximum enrollment for each age group is 10 students, so register early.

The registration fee is $20 per child.
