Facsimile Machines
Introduction
The state contract for facsimile machines has expired. However, facsimile machines are available on CUCPG (College & University Cooperative Purchasing Group) contract GMU-UCP-OO2-98, effective dates December 1, 1998 through November 30, 1999. This contract is not mandatory use and you may buy facsimile machines from other sources. You may use normal purchase procedures (DPO for under $5000, Purchase Requisition over $5000) in order to buy fax machines.
The following table lists the fax machines available on the above contract. Delivery is one week after receipt of order. The vendors in the table accept the AMEX purchasing card.
