Information For JMU eVA Users

Registering for eVA Training and Access

James Madison University is using electronic Virginia (eVA) as it's sole procurement tool.   We are currently in the process of training the appropriate personnel in the use of eVA.   In order to accomplish this training we will need certain forms and information from the personnel being trained.

In order for you to become an eVA user, you must complete:

To register for eVA Overview training please go to the IT Training website or Log-in to MyMadison using your eID and Password, click the Employee tab, then Request Training Enrollment, and key ' IT502  ' in the box beside 'Search by Course number'.

In addition to the above form we will need your name, email address, phone number and the desired workflow for your department from requisition entry through all approvals and to the vendor or Procurement Services.
