Period of Performance:  June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008 with the option to renew for nine (9) additional one-year periods.

Additional Charges May Include:
Measurement fee only applies to 10 windows or less
Trip charge per project will apply when customer asks for quote but doesn't put order through
Service fee (per project) applies to 10 blinds or less
Takedown charge for each window/project - Will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Usually applies to older Bluestone buildings and Wilson Hall to to difficulty of getting to windows.
Bracket installation fee for each window - Brackets will be re-used when possible, but if using a different blind/shade will most likely need to change them.

Prices will be provided on a per project basis due to the various window sizes across the campus.


Flame Retardant Certificate

When obtaining draperies or curtains you must obtain a Flame Retardant Certificate. The Contractor must submit a certification in writing that all materials used in fabricating draperies or curtains are inherently flame retardant or have been treated to meet NFPA Standard 701, large or small scale test.
