Linda Monk J.D., also referred to as “Constitution Lady," is a constitutional scholar, journalist and award-winning author. She has written three books, including The Bill of Rights: A User’s Guide. She has also written commentary for newspapers such as The New York Times, and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
