Anta Sane

Preparing Future Faculty Fellow for 2013-2014

Anta Sane is currently teaching African Politics at James Madison University in Virginia and Intro to Political Science at Howard University. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of the District of Columbia Community College.

Anta Sane is a PhD Candidate in Political Science at Howard University. Her areas of concentration are Public Policy/Public Administration, International Relations and Comparative Politics. Her areas of interest are Women in Politics, Gender and Governance and Economic Development. She is a graduate of Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC, where she received dual Master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership and Change and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Her undergraduate degree is in Communication Studies from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, coupled with a minor in Black Studies.
