Sierra Stanczyk graduated from JMU in 2009 with a Bachelor's in International Affairs, concentrating in Africa and the Middle East, and minoring in Arabic and Middle Eastern Communities and Migrations. While at JMU, Sierra founded the Madison Political Affairs Club, which served as the precursor for JMU's Public Affairs Student Organization. Following her graduation from JMU, Sierra began working for the federal government as an analyst. Sierra earned her Master's in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2014 and continues working cybersecurity matters for the government.
