Research Description

My research focuses on exploring the dynamics of charge carriers in bare, hybrid organic and plasmonic nano-structures. I study crystalline structures with typical dimensions of few tens of nano-meters since their unique optical and transport properties have recently enabled many novel device applications. I take advantage of various optical and electrical measurements to investigate different types of II-VI and III-V semiconductor nanowires, quantum dots and nanopowders.
