Registration, Payment & Camp Details 

Registration can be done online by going to http://// or by downloading a paper copy of the brochure here. Please indicate first and second choice. You will be contacted if classes are full. A confirmation and enrollment packet will be emailed to you within two weeks. This will include your child’s schedule, a receipt, and two forms to fill out and return on the first day of class. We reserve the right to cancel classes with fewer than 10 student enrolled.

Payment must either accompany registration or be received within 2 weeks of registering to secure your spot. A check made payable to JMU can be mailed to: Outreach & Engagement, 127 W. Bruce St., James Madison University, MSC 6906, Harrisonburg, VA 22807. To pay by credit card, please follow this link

Drop-off & Pick-up: Teachers will be ready to greet their students 15 minutes before class starts. Please arrive no earlier to ensure proper supervision. Due to numerous construction projects on campus, parking is not available for drop-off and pick up.  Several staff members will be available to greet your child(ren) at drop-off, and drivers at pick-up. To meet the staff member at Duke Hall (830 Main St.), you will enter the loop at the intersection of Grace and Mason St. Mason turns into Madison Drive, and you will veer right onto Alumnae Drive. You will see a staff member in a purple shirt and you will turn right.  When you pick up your child at the end of his/her class, you will follow this same route. Teachers and staff will assist in getting children into the vehicles safely as soon as their class is over. Not all teachers are finished at the same time, so this can be lengthy. If for whatever reason, your child is not ready when you come to pick up, please pull to the right of the road behind Duke Hall. If you must park on campus for either drop off or pick up, please park in lots N4, N5 and N6. If you get a ticket during this time, please give it to either Katie LaPira or Karin Tollefson-Hall and we will request that it be voided. If you prefer to walk your child(ren), you may certainly do so, but please note that we will not be using the main entrance, but only the one to the east side of the building.
