Credit Card Payments



Outreach & Engagement at James Madison University accepts MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards through our on-line credit card payment site . This site is intended for payments associated with:

  • non-credit courses
  • workshops
  • Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
  • non-degree seeking student application fees

Please allow 2-4 days for processing of your credit card payment.

Convenience Fees

To use this website you will be charged a one percent (1%) convenience fee in addition to the payment amount.

Refunds

All refunds requested for credit card charges through this web site are directly deposited to the student's designated bank account or, made payable to the student and mailed to the student's home address.

Students will be notified of the refund by e-mail.

Refunds are usually available within three to four business days after being posted to the student's account.
