The Coordinator of Restorative Practices has primary responsibility for managing a restorative practices caseload, conducting case reviews with students, conducting program and process assessment, and interacting with parents, faculty, police and legal counsel. This includes assisting in marketing Restorative Practices to the community, recruiting and training facilitators, building partnerships across campus and in the off-campus community, holding intake meetings, preparing cases, tracking consultations and cases, facilitating restorative processes, and assisting in the facilitation of Conversations About Conflict. This person also serves as a case administrator, meeting with students one on one in administrative case reviews.
