When James Madison University is closed due to inclement weather or other circumstances related to student and staff safety, all appointments, meetings, case reviews and programs will be cancelled. If there is a delayed opening or early closing, then appointments, case reviews and programs will begin at the time the University reopens.

For those appointments, meetings, case reviews and programs that are cancelled, students are responsible for rescheduling by contacting the office on the next business day or upon opening of the University. The office may elect to reschedule students by phone or email and students are expected to confirm their rescheduled date/time by phone or email.
